SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 5–7 business days. Your estimated total from order to delivery is 6–9 business days.
Shipping is completely free on every order. No minimum spend required.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
If your order has not yet been processed, contact us immediately at info@prellen.com and we will do our best to update it. Once an order is dispatched we are unable to make any changes.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
Occasional delays can happen with carriers. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@prellen.com and we will investigate immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Email us at info@prellen.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been issued. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
