1. When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary slightly by region:
United States: Processing 1–2 business days, shipping 6–8 business days. Estimated total delivery window including handling: 7 to 10 business days.
Canada: Processing 1–2 business days, estimated shipping 7–9 business days. Estimated total delivery window: 8 to 11 business days.
Poland: Processing 1–2 business days, estimated shipping 6–9 business days. Estimated total delivery window: 7 to 11 business days.

2. Is shipping really free?
Yes. Prellen offers free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, and Poland with no minimum purchase required.
3. How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link to view your package’s progress directly through the courier.
4. What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and we will replace the item at no cost to you. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.
5. Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Details and conditions are outlined in our Refund Policy.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
8. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Prellen products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects. More details can be found in our Refund Policy.

10. Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. Prellen ships to the United States, Canada, and Poland, all with free standard shipping.
11. Can I visit a physical Prellen store?
Prellen operates exclusively online. This allows us to offer a wider product selection and maintain competitive prices.
12. Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. We can accommodate larger or custom orders for groups, collaborations, or businesses. Please contact our support team to discuss your requirements.
13. How do I request an exchange?
